Here at Just Imagine, we take your privacy seriously and we only use your information to administer your account, if you have one, or to send you information that you have requested from us.

Newsletter

We only send our newsletter if you have signed up to receive it.

If you sign up to receive our newsletter, we collect only your name and email, to enable us to send you our weekly updates, news and some information about our projects and resources.

The information is not shared with third parties.

You may unsubscribe from our newsletter at anytime. You may also request to see any personal information that we hold (our policy is to hold minimal information, name and email address)

Our newsletter uses the Mailchimp platform, which has its own GDPR compliant policy and you are directed to that when you sign up, to check their terms and conditions.

We do not pass your information on to third parties or any other companies for marketing purposes.

Children’s Privacy

Our websites do not directly address anyone under the age of 18 (“Children”) other than to respond to posts made by adult representatives of a school who are authorised to post updates on our Reading Gladiators website. (readinggladiators.org.uk)

Third parties (Schools/teachers) may post updates to our Reading Gladiators website. These posts are to celebrate children’s responses to reading challenges that have been set by Reading Gladiators. Schools are advised to act in accordance with their own safeguarding policies and parental permissions. Just Imagine Story Centre Ltd does not accept responsibility for posts made to our websites by third parties. We will take all reasonable steps to ensure the posts do not compromise the safety of site users. We regularly check all updates to ensure they do not contain material that could compromise the safety of site users. Online Ordering

If you are ordering from our online store justimaginestorycentre.co.uk or applying via readinggladiators.org.uk, we collect only the information that is required to process and your order.

If you are paying online ( online payment is only available on justimaginestorycentre.co.uk), we use Shopify payments as our Payment Gateway. Shopify has its own GDPR compliant privacy policy and you are directed to review that at the point of purchase.

We retain information that we are required to keep by law for company accounting purposes.

The platform that we use for our online store is Shopify. They have their own compliant GDPR policy and you are advised to check their policy at the point of entering any information at our online store.
